# Choose formats

The Peeka window is a format directory. Search by name, extension, or description, then turn a row on or off. Extensions on the same row share one switch. Each source language has its own switch.

## Application {#formats-1}

Android and Apple packages.

## Documents {#formats-2}

Markdown, CSV, and TSV.

## Source Code {#formats-3}

Source Code, Frontend & Templates, and Build Scripts, plus SQL, Diff / Patch, Protobuf, and GraphQL. The documents chapter lists the catalog and routing limits.

## Data & Configuration {#formats-4}

Structured data such as JSON, JSONL, and XML, plus configuration such as YAML, TOML, INI, dotenv, and property lists.

## Databases {#formats-5}

SQLite.

## Archives {#formats-6}

Compressed files. .tar.gz and .tgz share a switch. A standalone .gz file has its own.

Turning on a Pro format before you have purchased opens the purchase page. When a purchase or Restore Purchases newly unlocks Pro, Peeka turns every Pro format on. Formats you turn off after that stay off. Free formats you had already turned off stay off.
